Your information. A clear explanation.

How this website handles your shortlist, project brief and conversations with Muse.

Updated 6 November 2026

Your shortlist

When you save an offering, this website stores its identifier in your browser so you can return to your shortlist. Saved selections are not sent to Muse until you include them in a submitted brief, and they are not synchronized across devices. Browser settings or clearing site data may remove your saved selections.

Your project brief

The brief builder prepares your project or creative brief in your browser. It does not save your contact details or form entries in local storage. When you choose “Send brief to Muse,” your name, email, project details and selected offerings are saved in Muse’s private lead inbox on this website. Your email address lets Muse reply to your enquiry. You can instead download a copy or send it through your own email application. Only Muse’s authorized owner can view submitted briefs. We retain inquiries to respond to and manage potential projects; contact info@museplatforms.com to request access or deletion. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled. We use short-lived rate-limit fingerprints to reduce spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the lead database.

Careers applications

When you submit a careers introduction, we save your contact details, interests, optional message and résumé in Muse’s private inbox. Résumé files are held in private storage and downloaded only through an owner-authorized route. We use this information to consider and contact you about relevant work opportunities. We retain applications for that purpose until they are no longer needed or you request removal at info@museplatforms.com. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Application analytics contain only event names and a fixed form identifier, never your contact details, résumé filename or contents. Automatic email notifications are not currently enabled.

MuseLetter and guest participation

When you respond to the MuseLetter invitation, we store your email, optional name, selected topics, message and explicit preferences in Muse’s private inbox. Selecting MuseLetter opts you in to newsletter emails; expressing guest interest alone does not. Muse may contact you about the choices you make. Email info@museplatforms.com to unsubscribe or request removal. Newsletter distribution and automated confirmation emails are not enabled by this form. We store a session-only invitation preference and a browser-local completion flag to avoid repeatedly showing the invitation; those flags contain no contact details. Custom analytics record signup or guest-interest events without your name, email or message.

Conversations with Muse

If you email Muse or book a conversation, you choose which information to share. Muse uses that information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. For questions about information you have shared with Muse, contact info@museplatforms.com.

External services and hosting

Booking, product, social and review links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. Check those services before sharing information. This website uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting; the hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and editorial images are served with the site.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find Muse, and how they use the website. We also measure calls to action, such as meeting-link clicks, saved offerings, and project-brief steps. On Media House and the linked investor Screening Room, we measure collection choices, video starts, playback milestones, completions, and playback errors using public video and collection identifiers. Our custom events include public button labels, page destinations, offering identifiers and submission status; they do not include the name, email address, company name, or text entered in a brief. Google Analytics may use cookies and collect information such as page views, referring websites, and browser or device details. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Manage your saved selections

You can clear your shortlist in this browser. This does not remove a brief you have already downloaded or an email you have sent.
